Same canal, different day and location. Yesterday we went on a walk along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal. We started at the corner of Reservoir Rd and Canal Rd and then walked into Georgetown. It is a very nice and serene walk, and thankfully it was mostly a shady one also. There were a couple very short stretches without trees and there you could feel the heat and humidity on your eyelids. Strange feeling.
This photo was made in Georgetown. I couldn’t resist to mess with the colors again. The brick walls just ask for it. Seriously. This one I will have printed on metallic paper. I’m curious of the outcome.
nice use of space and very nice shade
This BW and colors picture is very beautiful. I like it.
Have a nice day.
I like the selective coloring used in this shot. It adds to the wonderful perspective.
Thanks Kala. Playing with color can really alter the feel of an image quite substantially. It’s fun too.
This is a really cool shot.
What to me is an otherwise uninteresting scene presented in a really compelling way.
Thanks Glen. Really appreciate it.
Excellent photo!
